- Why Soy Candles?
- The soy wax we use is from a high quality bean grown and produced in America by American farmers and manufactures.
- Soy wax as a fuel is non toxic.
- While the initial lighting of the cotton wick produces black soot, each consecutive lighting will produce virtually no soot.
- Spilled wax is easy to clean up with Soap & Water!

- My candle doesn't burn evenly. What can I do?
- Be sure to always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Keep it out of drafts and do not move it while it is burning.
- How long should I burn my candle?
- It is suggested to burn your candles at least 3 to 4 hours at a time to help produce a good wax pool and to avoid tunneling.
- How often should I trim my wick and how short should it be?
- Be sure to trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every burn.
- My votive candle melted away, what happened?
- Votive candles may look like mini pillars, but cannot be burned freestanding on a plate. Votives must be burned in an appropriate votive holder, the tighter the fit, the longer the burn. Oh and another little hint, to easily remove the votive at the end of burning, place a couple drops of water in the bottom of the holder before putting the votive in.
- How long will my candle burn?
- Different Fragrances combined with different waxes and wicks will produce various burn times for each candle. We have tested each type of candle to produce an estimated burn time. Please check for times under each candle type.
